DEFECTS AND REPAIRS
It is vital that any identified faults within the fire systems are addressed promptly as some defects may pose a direct threat to life and property if not rectified.
Not only may this render your site non-compliant, you may face significant fines and risks as a result.
Tactical Essential Services will utilise the expertise and knowledge in our arsenal to fault find and carry out maintenance and relevant repair.
The majority of faults are usually identified during or as a result of the scheduled routine service maintenance schedule, these will be communicated directly to the client promptly.
Fire Indicator Panels (FIP) should be programmed to display any Fault conditions that may occur as well as indicators and Alarm Signalling Equipment (ASE) if installed.
In some instances faults can be inconveniently created as a result of works being carried out in the vicinity of fire safety equipment (this is where isolation of fire equipment is vital to avoid Fire Brigade attendance and subsequent fines).
If damage has occurred to the fire systems or equipment within your building – Tactical Essential Services is here to assist.
